As it is the New Year, the Mirror has indulged itself a little by reminding us how wasteful and crony-driven Boris Johnson's government is. Residents recently highlighted to me that there were potholes on Marchfield Road - a particularly bad one at the bottom of the street but the road condition is also poor near the Middlebank Crescent junction. I raised this with the City Council's Roads Maintenance Partnership and am have been assured that an Order has been made to ensure repairs are undertaken.
